Tony Farley has worked in employment relations for over 25 years and is an expert negotiator, leader in contemporary workplace relations, change management and dispute resolution.

As Executive Director of the Catholic Commission for Employment Relations, he is focused on helping to create high functioning work environments focussed on autonomy, accountability and value with emphasis on the development of workplaces that prioritise human dignity and justice through a fair and balanced approach to employer-employee relationships.
