Benjamin Munday has been a class teacher and Learning Support teacher in schools with high proportions of EAL/D learners and socioeconomic disadvantage in Sydney’s west, and has been a specialist English teacher in a primary school in Istanbul, Turkey.

Benjamin’s school leadership as a Coordinator, REC and Assistant Principal centres on identifying the key strengths and needs of the local community and developing strategic responses. He gets equally excited about leading student learning and leading professional learning. He sees his work as moving towards fullness of life through education.
