Leadership and Governance in the Australian Catholic Church: From Ideas to Practical Strategy

This workshop will provide participants with a contemporary way of thinking about the complexity of leadership and governance. By sustaining our capacity to be people-centred, mission-driven and business-sensitive, leaders and governors are enabled to move from ideas to practice, from curiosity to strategy and from imagination to decision making. Participants will be encouraged to look deeply into the economy and ecology of their organisations to ensure that they are oriented towards all that will give and sustain life, especially for those who are vulnerable and fragile.
